3. Fees and Payments

All fees are payable in advance and must be settled prior to the commencement of any professional service or delivery of products. Payment methods accepted will be detailed at the point of purchase or service request.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

We offer distinct policies tailored to each category to ensure clarity and fairness:

4.1. Professional Services

Clients may request a full refund within 14 days of payment provided no substantive work has been performed. Once we have begun document drafting, on-site visits, or representation arrangements, no refund is available. However, clients may reschedule booked services to another date at no additional charge, subject to availability. To request a refund or reschedule, please contact us via our contact form within the specified period. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.

4.2. Information Products

For digital guides, seminars, or online courses, a refund request can be submitted within 7 days of access activation. After this period, no refund is granted. To initiate a refund, please use our contact form. Refunds will be credited within 14 days of approval.

4.3. Goods

For physical items, reports of damaged or incorrect shipments must be made within 10 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund. Once the item is returned in its original condition, the payment will be reimbursed within 21 days. No refund is offered for goods that have been used, altered, or outside these conditions.

Certain services, such as emergency representation or third-party registry processing, explicitly indicate that no refund is available. This policy applies because expert time and third-party fees are immediately committed upon confirmation.

Teravon reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any updates will become effective upon posting at teravon.vip and will apply to all subsequent engagements.
